How do I search for available tickets? | Top
To search for available tickets posted for sale on the Starlight Ticket Marketplace, use the Filter Events tool located at the top of the Market View page. Select the performance date of the event you're looking for or the performance itself. Your results will be displayed after you click the "Filter Events" button.

What are Seller Descriptions?

Ticket sellers may provide a text description of the tickets they are selling. Seller descriptions can be viewed from the Market View page by clicking on the plus (+) sign after the partial description located in the "Description" column. The page will reconfigure to include the complete seller description just below the sale listing. Seller descriptions are also displayed within the Ticket Details window that is displayed on the lefthand side of the page after you click Buy or View.  Descriptions are purely the opinion of the seller; Starlight Theatre / Paciolan are not liable for any misrepresentations.  If misuse is determined by staff, the seller may lose his or her selling privileges.

Can I purchase only certain items in a posted sale?

No. Buyers are required to purchase all items listed within a ticket posting. At no time will a buyer be allowed to only purchase partial items that are included in a ticket offering. For instance, if your desired ticket sale contains four tickets, you will be required to purchase all four tickets.

How will I receive the tickets I've purchased? | Top
When purchasing tickets, you will be asked to choose your desired delivery method. All ticket buyers will have the option to either print their tickets at home (Adobe Reader required), pick up their tickets at Will-Call (box offices at Starlight Theatre) or receive them by standard mail if time allows.  Buyers who choose the Print at Home delivery method will be able to print their tickets from their home PC. Buyers who choose standard mail will receive their tickets in the mail. Lastly, buyers who select pick up at Will-Call will be able to obtain their tickets prior to the performance at the Starlight Theatre box office(s).

Who is selling these tickets? | Top
Starlight season ticket holders may place tickets for sale for performances they cannot attend.  

How can I be sure that I bought tickets? | Top
After purchasing tickets, you will receive an e-mail message confirming your ticket purchase. You can also review your ticket purchase activity under "Purchase History."

What happens if the performance is canceled? | Top
If you have purchased tickets via the Starlight Ticket Marketplace for a performance that has been canceled, you will granted the theatre’s Inclement Weather Policy exchange privileges. For more details click here.

Will I be reminded of the tickets I have purchased?

Yes. You will receive an e-mail reminder before the performance or event for which you have purchased tickets.

Can I cancel a ticket purchase? | Top
No. All ticket sales are final.  No refunds, exchanges, cancellations or re-postings will be honored on Ticket Marketplace purchases.

When do ticket sales end? | Top
When placing tickets for sale, the seller selects when he or she would like to stop the sale of the tickets. All postings will automatically be removed 48 hours prior to the original date and time of the event.
