How many people can each room hold?

Stage House - 650 at round tables
Helzberg Diamonds VIP Club - 225 at round tables
Berger Hall - 180 at round tables
Dorothy Jeter Music Room - 50 at round tables
Encore Deck - 300 at round tables

Can I use my own caterer?

Yes, although we have a list of approved caterers, you may use other caterers, if pre-approved by EPIC.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Yes, you may bring your own alcohol. Bartenders and/or servers must have a liquor license permitting them to serve at Starlight. KCMO Liquor Laws determine the needs of each of event.

Who can assist you with event planning, room layout, timelines, vendors, décor and more?

Epic Entertainment can provide you with all these services and for one guaranteed bottom line price. We take the guesswork out of event production.

What comes with the rental of the rooms?

All rooms come with:
  • security
  • parking signage
  • paramedic
  • catering prep kitchen (subject to availability)
Rooms also come with tables and chairs (subject to availability and labor not included). Dressing rooms and Courtyard of the Stars are subject to availability.

Bands/DJs/Florists

Clients can bring in their own band, DJ or florist. Table, chair, linen and tent rentals must go through our rental company, All Seasons.

All sound and lighting must go through our production company, Vista Productions, 816-729-5768.
