Dining at Starlight
Starlight is thrilled that the Hereford House is returning as the exclusive caterer of our Helzberg Diamonds VIP Club. Hereford House, a Kansas City tradition since 1957, is sure to gain your vote for "Most Likely to Satisfy Every Appetite"! Starlight also offers an array of meal options on the KCUMB Encore! Deck and at our concession stands.
